About me...
I completed a masters in Social Research and PhD in the Department of Sociology at Lancaster University in 2021 (1+3 ESRC). I am now a Postdoctoral Fellow funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) based in the School of Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Leeds. My research focuses on disabled people’s experience of working in small and medium size enterprises and the policies designed to support smaller businesses to recruit, retain and progress disabled people in their workplaces. I draw upon concepts from the field of disability studies, social policy and critical business and management studies.
